Overview
As a client in the coaching program you will experience 5 key elements of training and support:
Individual Coaching Sessions
Critical to any successful real estate practice is the ability to follow through on daily activities in order to reach set goals. To that end, having a personal business coach to work with and support you along the way is key. Coaching sessions, held weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly in a private, one-on-one setting with the coach provides an opportunity to monitor individual progress, address challenges, brainstorm solutions, share ideas, and celebrate successes.
Contracts Support
One of the biggest challenges facing real estate businesspeople is the writing of contracts and the handling of day-to-day activities associated with a real estate transaction. One-on-one consultation, either in person or over the telephone, is available for all program participants during the course of their first five transactions.
Classroom Instruction
Camp 4-4-3. This course includes practical, real-world information about how to build and maintain a results-oriented and successful real estate practice. Examples of module topics include: The Listing Consultation; The Buyer Consultation; The Basics of Lead Generation; and Making, Receiving, and Negotiating Offers.
Workshops
Offered on a routine basis, workshops provide an opportunity for real estate businesspeople to participate in hands-on learning activities and create tools that they can “walk away with” and use in their daily business. Samples of items created in the workshops include: a listing presentation; a home buyer packet; and a Comparative Market Analysis.
Field Experience
In order for any business owner to be successful, he or she must know his or her product. Weekly “Property Tours” provide an opportunity for agents to preview newly listed homes and really “get to know the inventory.” This type of field work and exposure is invaluable for successfully servicing buyer and seller clients.
