
Chariti's Background
Chariti Gent received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the UW Madison in 1994. She received a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Public Policy from the University of Colorado in 1999 and was awarded PhD Candidacy from the University of Colorado in 2000. Since 1996, Chariti has been teaching adult learners in a variety of settings, from one-on-one tutorial sessions to lecture halls filled with over 400 people.
Chariti began her career in real estate in 2002, and she joined Keller Williams Realty in 2004. Chariti is the recipient of several highly prized real estate accolades, including: Rookie of the Year (2003); Trainer of the Year (2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008); and the Eagle Leadership Award (2005). Chariti is recognized by Keller Williams University as a top trainer, and she is routinely invited to serve on panels at national Keler Williams events and conventions. Chariti is also the current president of the Women's Council of Realtors, Madison Metro Chapter.
Chariti strongly believes in and is passionate about the ways in which coaching can "change one's life." She is 100% committed to the success of her clients and believes that, with a positive mindset and a good dose of dicipline, the sky is the limit for anything!
Chariti resides in Madison, WI with her husband, daughter, and four legged pal, Annie Hall.
